Shipping & Delivery
- We ship the items worldwide.
- Majority of the items are usually in Stock and ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. However there may be instances when we may not have a particular item in stock. In this case, we will let you know and request you to swap it with another product or you may request full refund.
- As we mostly do 1 week delivery and all shipments do arrive in a week time. However there may be delays expected for few countries such as Philippines, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Southe America and few African countries due to strict custom checking.
- For worldwide shipments, any customs duty or tax levied in your local customs office should be dealt at your end. However we are more than happy to assist you due to our extensive knowledge in handling customs office of various countries.
- Please kindly understand that we do not run customs office of your country and if there are any customs duty or tax levied on your shipment, we are not responsible for that. However, before we ship any product, we always inform customers about possible customs duty or taxes of particular country based on the country where we receive the order from.
- Once we have your acknowledgement and understanding of customs procedure, then only we proceed with the order and shipment.
- We ship next day (excluding weekends holidays) for any product which is already in stock.
If your order is a custom order which requires customization based on your request then please allocate another 3-4 days for order preparation.
