Shipping & Delivery

    • We ship the items worldwide.
    • The majority of the items are usually in Stock and ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. However, there may be instances when we may not have a particular item in stock. In this case, we will let you know and request you swap it with another product or you may request a full refund.
    • As we mostly do 1-week delivery to USA and Canada and all shipments do arrive in a week time. However, there may be delays expected for a few countries such as the Philippines, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Southe America, and a few European and African countries due to strict custom checking.
    • For worldwide shipments, any customs duty or tax levied in your local customs office should be dealt with at your end. However, we are more than happy to assist you due to our extensive knowledge in handling customs offices of various countries.
    • Please kindly understand that we do not run the customs office of your country and if there are any customs duties or tax levied on your shipment, we are not responsible for that. However, before we ship any product, we always inform customers about possible customs duties or taxes of a particular country based on the country where we receive the order from.
    • Once we have your acknowledgment and understanding of the customs procedure, then only we proceed with the order and shipment.
    • We ship the next day (excluding weekends and holidays) for any product which is already in stock.

     

    If your order is a custom order which requires customization based on your request then please allocate another 3-4 days for order preparation.
